The clip in question shows Queen Camilla losing patience with her daughter-in-law, Kate Middleton, during an exchange with Melania Trump.
Namely, Camilla and Melania were engaged in a conversation when Kate approached joined in the discussion, which Camilla apparently didnโt like.
